Document Management

All the uploaded files have the same access control as the related database record, and they are encrypted and centralised storing in the database server for better security management. You can also set up access privilege for each document folder to limit access from certain users.

To control the storage space growth, you can set a file size limit for uploading. For your image files, what's better than having a glance at the thumbnails auto organised in a grid view. Keywords can be assigned to uploaded files for easier retrieval

It's so much more than an address book. Now, both the organisation and individual contacts can be used at billings. You can define relationships and hierarchies amongst different business contacts (i.e. Parent Company / Subsidiary, Employer / Employee).

 

A business contact can be associated with multiple addresses, the same address can also be associated with different business contacts. Other than classifying business contacts by types, users can also set up keywords and assign them to business contacts
